With Xpance,
each file is tracked through production and this information is included
in production reports. Reports include listing ads by advertiser or sales
person for the sales department, or multiple combinations. Reports can
be summarized for hour, day, week, month, quarter, year, publication date
and log date.
Xpance has the ability to sort special section ads together and track through deadline based views for early press-run dates rather than pub-date.
Reports are used to analyze every facet within current and past production process. All reports can be viewed on-screen or in printed format. Reports can be sorted by column simply clicking on the column heading. There are three kinds of reports: Management Reports, User Reports (Ad Builders and Creative Artists), and Administrative Reports.
Management Reports
Depending on workflow and individual site-defined preferences, some reports can be generated and viewed not only by Management, but also individuals (based on their job function).
Ad Listing Report
This simple to generate report monitors the overall status of production. Reports are generated at site-defined, critical periods during the day to help both users and managers meet production deadlines.
