Information Available
• Ad Number, Advertiser, Description, Publication, Columns, Depth, Type (Classified or Retail), Proof Information (whether an Early Proof or a Proof is required), Color information, EPS information, Page Booking Information, Classification Code, Font information, Ad builder, Sales Rep, Sales Group and Ad Copy Status
• Graphical representation of where each ad is in the system
• Insertion information for each ad
• An Ad Preview of each ad
• User can generate a Proof from this screen
• Ad Copy can be Edited, Viewed and Proofed
• Ad Notes can be entered
• Ad Log shows who worked on the ad, for how long and what the different stages the ad went through
• Location Log shows the physical location of the ad and how long it stayed in each department
• User can Open the Ad Docket to work on the Ad
• Proof Ads can be Completed from this screen
• EPS files can be directed to the Pagination System
• Print Ad Listing can be printed (select the heading and Xpance sorts this heading)
